Aura Intelligence SL uses strictly necessary cookies to deliver the Service (authentication, CSRF prevention, language preference and evidence of legal consent) and, only with your prior consent, analytics cookies from Google (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies from Google (Google Ads), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising) and TikTok (TikTok Pixel) to measure our audience and ad performance. Analytics and advertising cookies are blocked by default (Google Consent Mode) and are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. We never share the content of your chats with these providers.
2. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary: essential to operate the Service (sign-in, security, language and recording your cookie choice). These are exempt from consent under Spanish LSSI-CE Art. 22(2). Analytics: help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (Google Analytics) and to diagnose crashes via masked session diagnostics (Sentry). Advertising: let us measure and personalize our ads on Google, Microsoft and TikTok. If you are signed in, we may also send these partners a securely hashed (SHA-256) version of your email to measure conversions (in your browser and, server-side, alongside limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type), never the email itself, your password, or any chat content. The last two categories are activated only with your consent.
4. Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or choose by category. Until you decide, analytics and advertising cookies stay off. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — from “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from operating correctly (for example, you will not stay signed in).
5. Amendments
We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. Where a change affects categories that require consent, we will ask for your consent again.
